Designed for Longer House Names
The Long Slate House Sign with Border is designed to comfortably display larger property names without overcrowding the layout. Its elongated proportions allow lettering to remain clear, balanced, and easy to read while maintaining a clean overall appearance on the wall.
The engraved border adds subtle structure to the design, helping frame the typography and create a more established entrance feature without appearing overly decorative.
Deeply Engraved Natural Slate
Each plaque is handcrafted from premium smooth honed natural slate, selected for its durability, natural texture, and consistent finish. Every design is deeply engraved directly into the stone rather than printed onto the surface, creating a permanent finish that will not peel, fade, or wear away over time.
The smooth slate surface and crisp engraving create strong contrast and readability while still retaining the natural character of genuine stone.
Built for Modern & Traditional Properties
The wider rectangular format works particularly well on brick entrances, gate piers, rendered walls, and larger front elevations where smaller plaques can feel visually lost. Its clean layout and understated styling allow it to complement everything from period cottages and farmhouses to more contemporary properties.
The carefully spaced typography is designed for practical visibility from the street while maintaining a neat, architectural appearance up close.
Sign arrived just perfect
It’s perfect!
The sign is absolutely stunning.we haven’t put it in moms annex yet but it’s going to look amazing.thank you so much.
Before I ordered I had a question about the fixings needed for it to attach to composite cladding and the response was quick but also contained good advice and instruction.
The sign was packaged very well and I was kept up to date all through with my order.
I will post pictures of it when it’s fitted to show how stunning it is.
Thank you for the kind words and taking the time to share a picture too - do post a picture when it's fitted, we'd love to see it in place. We really appreciate the 5 stars! Thank you again.
Excellent quality sign, order process and delivery. Highly recommended.
The sign itself is fine. The only problem is it's too small as it is positioned on a gate stone wall and is difficult to see. However that's my fault as I should have ordered bigger.
Easy to order and received a great sign within two weeks. Great service and a great sign.
Just the job...looks fab and kept me informed on expected delivery. Would definitely recommend
We are very pleased with the sign thank you it will look very nice in place
Easy design on website, slate is a good colour but disappointed that there is a colour fault through the slate.
Exactly what I asked for, looks great, promptly delivered and very reasonably priced. Excellent service- thank you
Absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier. Well made. Thank you
Just as described. Great finish and size. Quick delivery and really well packaged.

Absolutely love our new sign!
Brilliant sign and really helpful, friendly service - Thanks!
My new house sign just arrived and it is so beautiful even nicer than I expected. The company was very helpful and accommodating too as I asked for a change to the design from what is on the website. I really recommend them, I had to pay customs charges prior to delivery but it was completely worth the overall price in my opinion.
A great pair of new signs for the house which look very smart. The only small problem was the delivery - a ripped delivery label caused it to be returned, and then Royal Mail delivered a day late, and to the garage not the house.
I have purchased 3 signs from this seller and each one has been beautifully made to exact specified dimensions. Really well packed and delivered quickly. Thank you!
Really lovely quality & service
What a fantastic door sign. Beautiful on every way. Can’t wait for it to be put up on our annexe building
Am over the moon with our new sign. Looks better than I ever imagined it would. Sets off the gate beautifully. Easy to order, pretty quick delivery and fairly priced. Great job.
Just the ticket. Thank you.
It was exactly what I ordered. Well packaged and complete with nice fixings. It has been put up and looks the part, all good.
Absolutely first rate! As ever the service & communication were A*. Even though I changed my mind after the order had gone in, nothing was too much trouble. The results speak for themselves, classy, timeless and utterly perfect for my Edwardian house! Cannot wait to get it on my wall - photos to follow when it’s done!
