All our signs are sent using tracked Royal Mail services (either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery depending on the service you chose).

Once we've made your sign, we'll send you a shipment email with a tracking number and link so you can Track Your Order.

Don’t worry! The line imprints are just from the cardboard packaging, leaving a temporary mark on the oil that protects your slate sign. Simply take a cloth and gently wipe the marks away to restore its smooth finish.

Installing your sign is easy! All you’ll need is a drill, screwdriver, pen, and the fixings included in your parcel. We offer three different fixing options:

VAT receipts can be requested through our contact page. We will get back to you with a receipt as soon as possible.

Oh no! Before we send our signs, we double-check to make sure your sign is perfect and how we'd expect you to receive them. But if your sign does arrive damaged, send us an email with a picture of the damage to hello@thebespokesignhouse.com and we will send a replacement out to you.
