How Big Should My Sign Be?
The ideal size for your house sign depends on:

What's Your Lead Time?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the UK will take 2 Weeks from order to delivery. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I install a sign?
Our signs are easy to install on walls, doors, or driveways. Choose your mounting option during the design process. You’ll need a pen, a spirit level (recommended), and a drill for installation. Visit our blog for Sign Installation Guides.
Where do I put my sign?
Address plaques are often displayed at the front of the property - next to the front door in your porch, on a front garden wall, or at the end of a driveway for visibility.
Do signs comes with fixings?
Yes, we offer several fitting options to suit your needs. Select your preferred mounting style when designing your sign on our website. See our Address Plaque Fixings Guides for more details.
How much is delivery?
Postage is free on all orders over £45, Shipping costs £3.49 for orders under £45. All our deliveries are fully trackable and sent with Royal Mail.
Do you offer invisible fixings?
Yes, labelled as 'Hidden Fixings', they are available and can be chosen during the design process. Keep in mind that hidden fixings are a permanent installation method. Learn more in our Hidden Fixings Guide.
Can I customise fonts/colours?
We offer a wide selection of 21 different fonts, ranging from elegant serif styles to modern sans-serif and script designs. To further customise your sign, we also provide a choice of premium paint infill colours, including white, gold, copper, black, silver and ivory. This lets you create an address sign that’s both distinctive and easy to read from a distance.

How Thick are Your House Signs?
We have multiple house sign material option to choose from, the thickness for each material are as follows:
• Slate House Signs: 10 or 20mm
• Limestone House Signs: 12mm
• Granite House Signs: 10mm
How Much is Delivery?
Shipping for all UK orders (including Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man) is free on all orders over £45. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, using a fully tracked service.

Do You Sell Posts to Mount Signs On?
Yes, we offer premium pressure-treated redwood posts that are fully compatible with all of our house signs. These wooden signposts come with pyramid tops, providing a sleek and stylish appearance. You can even personalise your house sign together with our pyramid oak posts.
How Durable are Your House Signs?
When properly cared for, our slate and granite house signs can last up to 10 years outdoors. Each personalised plaque is sealed with Danish stone oil to provide long-lasting protection against the elements and harmful UV rays.

How Do I Install a House Sign?
It's super easy! We offer various types of fixings methods, from plain screws and wall plugs to stainless steel stand-offs. You can choose the fixing type when designing your sign at the top of the page. Please refer to our house sign fixings guides for fitting instructions.
How Do I Maintain a House Sign?
Caring for your new slate, granite or limestone house sign is so easy you could just forget about it and it'd be fine. However, there's a few things you can do to make your sign look as-good-as new, all the time:
• seal it it sealant oil every 4 months or so to maintain it's like-new appearance and shine.
• every now and then gently wipe away dirt and cobwebs with a microfibre cloth.
