Very happy with my polished slate sign . Excellent communication with Jack . The only negative was Royal Mail . How it takes so long to get from despatch to arrival is beyond me in this day and age .

Took a long time to arrive, it came this week and the corner is chipped bottom left and some at the top. We have used it due to the length of time we had to wait.

I’d love to give our sign a 5 star review, visually it’s beautiful, however, it’s not been cut square at the bottom and looks wonky on the wall despite being installed level (we also opted for the metal rod and glue fixing, which mean if I was to take it off it would break now. )
I have messaged the company and they replied asking for more information, I swiftly got this to them and since have heard nothing.
Overall I am gutted and disappointed, despite the product visually being stunning, I feel let down by the company. The product was £90 and took 5 weeks to be delivered, so please bare all this in mind when ordering. Such a shame

I purchased this for my daughter to use on her slate sign not sure how it's gone as yet. Was surprised there was no label on thebottle or any instructions I guess it was obvious how to use it but just surprised nothing about it.
Hi - thank you for taking the time to leave a review! You can apply the slate oil using a microfiber cloth or soft rag. Just add a small amount and rub it evenly across the surface of the sign to restore the slate’s natural finish. We really appreciate you mentioning the lack of instructions, and we’ll look at including some simple guidance with future orders to avoid any confusion.

Excellent web site, so easy to chose a design and place an order. My house number plate arrived in about 7 days and I’m delighted, first class service and product quality.
Great quality sign but really disappointed that the screw holes are too small for the fixing provided. Have had to open them up slightly as the screws bound into the slate and had I tried to force it I was concerned the slate would crack. After paying well over £50 this attention to the detail is a shame.
