Absolutely delighted with our new slate sign. It’s beautiful and compliments the brick on our house..
Purchased the 20mm thick slate sign with white boarder along with the oil and cloth. Its exactly as we hoped but the fixings did make me smile as the black Japaned roundhead screws provided were unequal. One screw taking most of the weight, the other just long enough to go into the rawlplug, but its secure enough.
The bottle of oil is small but you only need a very small amount to keep the sign in tip top condition so it should last years.
Overall, a very good quality product.

Regarding the unequal screws, I’m not sure how we’ve sent you two different length screws - but that sounds like an error on our part I’ve put two new matching screw fixings in the post which should be with you early next week.
