About Us
Welcome to The Bespoke Sign House, a specialist sign-making business nestled in the heart of the High Weald AONB in the Kent countryside. We specialise in crafting bespoke slate and granite signage for homes and businesses, with our handcrafted signs now displayed proudly all over the world.
Meet the Team
The Bespoke Sign House was co-founded by friends Kristian and Jack, whose journey began during the 2020 lockdowns when they transformed an old cow shed on Jack’s family farm into a functional workshop. With Jack’s expertise as a signwriter and Kris’s background in marketing and operations, they officially launched the business in 2022 - combining craftsmanship and strategy for a winning formula.
What started as a small project has since evolved into a full-scale sign-making operation, yet the original workshop remains at the heart of their business today.
It Wasn't Easy
The shed was completely covered in brambles from top to bottom (unfortunately, we don’t have a ‘before the before’ photo). What seemed like a straightforward task turned into a much bigger job. After several long, hard days cutting back the brambles, sweeping away dust-covered cobwebs, and clearing out decades-worth of accumulated farm equipment, the transformation into a new workshop was finally taking shape

We can do just about anything. We're equipped to do one-off custom sized signs to large-scale housing developments, as well as:

We tailor our work to your specifications and can use your artwork in SVG, PDF, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator formats.
Bespoke Sizes
Need a sign to fit a specific spot on your wall? No problem, we can custom cut to any size within the dimensions of 600x400mm.
Custom Fonts
Have a specific font or language in mind? Let us know the font name via email and we can create mockups for you to approve/amend.
Different Languages
We’ve created many signs in Arabic, Turkic, Amharic, Hebrew and Cyrillic. If your language doesn't work on our website, please let us know.
Business Logo Signs
Send us a picture of your business logo and we'll engrave it! Keep it simple, we cannot deep engrave photographs.
