Who We Are
We specialise in handcrafted house signs and personalised signage, made in the UK and shipped worldwide.
In a world increasingly driven by mass production, we wanted to build something different: a small workshop focused on quality, craftsmanship, and care.
That journey began in 2020, when we restored an old agricultural building on a family farm in Kent and turned it into a working sign-making studio. In 2021, The Bespoke Sign House officially launched.
Since then, we’ve grown steadily, handcrafted over 25,000 bespoke signs, and built a reputation for precision, durability, and design-led craftsmanship.
Today, every sign we make - for homes, businesses, developments and beyond - is still produced in that same Kent workshop, by a small team who genuinely care about the work they do.

We believe that well-made products matter.
A sign should feel solid, clear, and beautifully balanced — the kind of item you pick up and instantly recognise as high quality. Whether it’s a house sign, a business plaque or a wayfinding marker, each piece is designed to be functional, stylish, and built to last.
Good design should feel effortless.
But it is never accidental.
Every sign is handmade in our Kent countryside workshop, with care and precision. From single house signs to large multi-sign projects, we apply the same level of care and consistency to every order.
We work exclusively with premium, responsibly sourced materials, including slate, granite, limestone and FSC-certified timber - chosen for their durability, clarity and long-term performance.
Though we ship worldwide, our production stays proudly local.
Every sign is made to order, with layouts designed for clarity, balance and style.
We guide customers through the process clearly, communicate openly, and deliver what we promise.

How We Work
Every sign begins with thoughtful layout design and careful material selection.
We engrave by hand using deep-cut sandblasting - a time-tested method that creates a permanent, weatherproof finish - before painting and refining every detail by hand.
Nothing is outsourced.
Nothing is mass-produced.
Just good materials, skilled hands, and a commitment to doing things properly.
Wherever possible, we work with local suppliers, from our stone to our packaging - supporting small businesses close to home and reducing unnecessary transport.
