At The Bespoke Sign House, we specialise in slate and granite house signage for property developers, architects, and project managers working on residential schemes and larger projects.
From small multi-plot developments through to larger phased sites, we produce permanent, weatherproof stone signs that are consistent across plots, easy to specify, and built to last. Every sign is handcrafted in our Kent workshop using traditional deep-cut sandblasting, a proven method that delivers clarity, longevity, and a refined finish suitable for both contemporary and traditional developments.

We understand the practical requirements of development work — from maintaining visual consistency across an estate to coordinating manufacture and delivery with site schedules.
We regularly support:
- Property developers
- Architects and specifiers
- Project and site managers
Whether you’re working from drawings, spreadsheets, or supplied artwork, we’re set up to handle repeatable, reliable production without compromising on quality.
Phased orders are welcome, and we’re happy to agree clear lead times in advance.

All of our signs are produced in-house using natural slate and granite, selected for their durability and suitability for external use.
Our process is deliberately simple and controlled:
- Careful layout and material selection
- Deep-cut sandblasted engraving for permanent results
- Hand painting and finishing
- No outsourcing. No mass production.
The result is signage that performs well long-term, reduces snagging issues, and ages naturally with the buildings it serves.

Every sign we make is produced in the same Kent workshop where we began - a restored agricultural building on a family farm. While we’ve supplied signage for developments across the UK and internationally, our approach remains deliberately small-scale, careful, and controlled.
We believe well-made signage matters, especially in residential environments where details contribute to the overall quality and longevity of a development
