United Kingdom

We offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders with a value of £35 or more. For orders under £35, tracked postage costs £3.49.
Yes we do. VAT is included on all our pricing across the website. If you require a VAT invoice post-purchase, please email us.
United States

France

We do not charge/collect VAT on any French orders. You will be required to pay 20% TVA (of your orders value) to La Poste prior to delivery. Orders valued €150 or less benefit from 0% customs duties.
Ireland (ROI)

We offer free tracked delivery on all Ireland orders with a value of €44 or more. For orders under €44, tracked postage costs €8.
We do not charge/collect VAT on any Ireland orders. Be aware that you may be subject to Irish VAT (23% as of Aug 2024) + any handling fees from An Post.
Australia

- Tracked Delivery: $40.90 AUD
Your order will incur a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) based on the total order value. Thanks to the Australia-UK trade agreement, all our products are exempt from customs duties.
- For example, if you order a sign for $80 AUD, a GST of $8 AUD will be applied at delivery. This makes the total amount you pay $88 AUD.
Germany

- Free Tracked Delivery: €0
All imports into Germany from the UK incur a 19% VAT charge.
- So for example, if you order a sign for €80, a 19% VAT amount of €15.20 will need to be paid upon delivery, making the total amount you pay overall €95.20.
Canada

Delivery on orders over $168 is $20. Delivery on orders under $168 costs $30. (Prices in CAD).
The tax you pay when ordering a sign from Canada is more complex than other countries, this is because the tax rates and systems vary from province to province. We will break down the taxes for each province below:
- Ontario: HST is 13% of the order value. If your order has a total value of $80 CAD, the tax amount would be $10.40 CAD (paid upon delivery) bringing the order total to $90.40 CAD.
- Quebec: there are two taxes charged in Quebec, GST which is 5% and QST which is 9.975% of the order value. If your order has a total value of $80 CAD, the tax amount would be $11.98 CAD (paid upon delivery) bringing the order total to $91.48 CAD.
- Alberta: GST is 5% of the order value. If your order has a total value of $80 CAD, the tax amount would be $4 CAD (paid upon delivery) bringing the order total to $84 CAD.
- British Columbia: there are two taxes charged in Quebec, GST which is 5% and PST which is 7% of the order value. If your order has a total value of $80 CAD, the tax amount would be $9.60 CAD (paid upon delivery) bringing the order total to $89.60 CAD.
