Sign as a present. Very satisfactory

I ordered a sign from bespoke sign house as a present for a friend. It was not exactly the size that we he firm made but changing the size was no problem and they made according to our specification.
When the sign came, despite good packaging it had sustained a few minor chips on the edge. If I had been using myself I might have used, but as it was a present, I did ask them to look at the result. Without asking they decided to replace and did so at their own cost. Very good firm and I can highly recommend.
