Crafted from Genuine Honed Slate
Every plaque is produced from high-grade honed natural slate, chosen for its smooth finish, dense structure and subtle natural character. The refined surface allows the engraved lettering to appear crisp and precise while still retaining the texture and individuality of genuine stone.
Unlike vinyl or printed signs, the text is permanently sandblasted deep into the slate itself before being carefully paint-filled by hand. This traditional engraving process creates lasting definition that will not peel, fade or deteriorate with exposure to rain, frost or sunlight.

Our traditional, free fixing option features rust-proof black stainless steel screws for a clean look and easy mounting. Your sign comes with two pre-drilled holes, two screws, and two wall plugs, so it's ready to install straight out of the parcel.
Hidden Fixings Pre-Assembled
Achieve a sleek, floating look with our most secure installation method. We pre-install two steel bars onto the back of your sign. Just drill two holes and secure it using the provided outdoor Gorilla grab adhesive. This fixing method is £20 and is only available on our 20mm thick slate.
Silver Screw Caps, Wall Plugs & Holes
Enhance your sign's appearance with our premium chrome screw caps. Includes two pre-drilled holes, two screws, two polished caps, and two wall plugs, so you can mount it right away.
Which Engraving Colour is Your Favourite?
We engrave our slate house signs and then paint the infills so they last for many years outdoors in all weather conditions. We've tried and tested various paints to find the most durable.
