Can I request a custom font?

Yes we can! Simply choose any font whilst personalising your sign above and click the blue "Add to Cart" button.

After you've been redirected to the cart page, please specify the font name you'd like us to use in the white "order notes" text box.

We will contact you via email with a preview picture for you to approve before we manufacture the order.

How much is delivery?

Delivery on all UK orders (including Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and NI) are FREE. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, which is fully tracked.

Shipping costs for all international orders are calculated at checkout before you finalise your purchase. You can read more about our postage costs and production times on our blog.

Can you make my slate sign with no markings or patterns?

Regrettably, we are unable to do so. Since slate is a natural material, each tile will display distinct shades of grey and subtle flaws, such as discoloured areas and inert pyrite (fool's gold).

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes we do. If you order 5 or more signs (any material, style and price) a 20% discounts is automatically applied at checkout.

Do you do custom sizing?

Yes, if you can't see a size you need on the size list, please email us stating the size you would like for a quote.
