What's included in my order?

When you place an order with us at The Bespoke Sign House, your purchase will include your personalised house sign, the fixings chosen when designing your sign above, and a detailed instruction guide on how to get your sign up in place.

How thick are your slate house signs?

Both our grey and green slate, and our black granite house signs are approx. 10-11mm thick.

How do install a house sign?

It's super easy! We offer various types of fixings methods, from plain screws and wall plugs to stainless steel stand-offs. You can choose the fixing type when designing your sign at the top of the page. Please refer to our house sign fixings guides for fitting instructions.

Do you sell outdoor lights?

We offer both mains-powered outdoor lights (345lm) as well as solar lights (40lm); both available in silver or anthracite grey colours. All our lights are made of stainless steel.

How do I care for my sign?

Caring for your new slate or granite house sign is so easy you could just forget about it and it'd be fine. However, there's a few things you can do to make your sign look as-good-as new, all the time:

• seal it it slate oil every 6 months or so to maintain it's like-new appearance and shine.

How durable are slate house signs?

If well-maintained, our slate and granite house signs can last up to 10 years outdoors. All our personalised house plaques are sealed with Danish stone oil, ensuring maximum durability against all the elements and the suns UV.

What colour are your slate signs?

Our polished slate comes in two colours: grey and green. Both slates showcase subtle patterns of lighter and darker shades across their surfaces, with tiny specks of pyrite (commonly known as fool's gold) also embedded in the slate.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do offer a bulk discount on our slate and granite house signs. Add 5 or more signs to your cart (of any value) and a 15% discount is automatically applied at checkout.
