How do I track my order?

You can easily track your order using our Order Tracker.

Just sign in with your email address and reference number (starting with ‘S’) to see the status of your sign in our workshop and get an expected delivery date.

What's included with my order?

Every order includes your personalised house sign and the fixing accessories you selected during the ordering process. Everything you need to get your sign installed is included!

How much is delivery to the UK?

Delivery within the UK is FREE when you select Royal Mail Tracked 48 at checkout. We also offer delivery upgrades, including express options, to get your sign to you even faster. For customers outside the UK, your shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout. See our postage & delivery blog for more details.

Where can I see your reviews?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our signs worldwide! Your country’s shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer a discount on bulk orders - including for property developers. Get in touch with us to discuss your project’s needs, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Does exposure to rain or the sun damage my sign?

Not at all. We use durable, natural materials like slate and granite, and our team treats each sign with specialist oils to ensure it’s protected from the elements all year round.

How durable are slate signs?

Each of our slate signs is crafted from high-quality slate stone and paint, designed to withstand any weather conditions. With proper care, your sign will last a lifetime - just be careful not to drop it!

Post-Purchase Questions

Do You Use Tracked Postage?

All our signs are sent using tracked Royal Mail services (either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery).

Once we've made your sign, we'll send you a shipment email with a tracking number and link so you can Track Your Order.

Can't find a dispatch email? Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam folder. If you still can't find it, feel free to email us for an update at hello@thebespokesignhouse.com.

Why are there line imprints on my sign?

Don’t worry! The line imprints are just from the cardboard packaging, leaving a temporary mark on the oil that protects your slate sign. Simply take a cloth and gently wipe the marks away to restore its smooth finish.

My sign has arrived damaged

Oh no! Before we send our signs, we double-check to make sure your sign is perfect and how we'd expect you to receive them. But if your sign does arrive damaged, send us an email with a picture of the damage to hello@thebespokesignhouse.com and we will send a replacement out to you.

How do I install my sign?

Installing your sign is easy! All you’ll need is a drill, screwdriver, pen, and the fixings included in your parcel. We offer five different fixing options:

  • Screws & Wall Plugs – FREE
  • Hidden Fixing Set – £10
  • Gorilla Adhesive Kit – £8
  • Gorilla Sticky Pads – £6

How long will my sign last outside?

Our slate and granite signs are designed to be 100% weatherproof, with minimal maintenance required. They’ll last a lifetime, rain or shine - just try not to drop them!
