Track Your House Sign Order
After a few months in development, The Bespoke Sign House are excited to share our all-new 'Order Progress Tracker' with you. From purchase, manufacturing and delivery, our customers can track their orders every step of the way!
Having put our new Check Order Progress tracker through its paces, we're delighted to share it with you!
We take great pride in each sign order which comes through our doors, and we know that once you place your order, you are equally excited to receive your bespoke sign too. To keep you in the loop every step of the way, we're introducing a new feature on our site - the order progress tracker!
This handy tool was built with you in mind, allowing you easy access for a quick update as to where your order is at and the process it's currently in.
How to use it
Find Your Order Number
Your order number can be found on the confirmation email sent to you straight after you placed your order. The order number begins with S followed by four digits.
Put Your Email in
On the Order Progress page, type in the email address you used when placing your order (for example: email@example.com).
Put the Order Number in
Below the email section, type in the order number you found in step 1. This begins with S followed by four digits (for example: S1001).
View Your Orders Status
On this screen you'll be able to see your orders status, along with an estimated dispatch date at the top.
Explaining each status
Once you've chosen your style and ordered your house sign, your order tracker will be live for you to view at any time. The tracker will provide you with an estimated dispatch date from our workshop, as well as show you five steps which your order moves through before dispatch.
It is easy for you to access, all you'll need is the email address you completed checkout with, as well as your order reference number which starts 'S' followed by a small series of numbers.
Once you've signed in, you'll be able to see the progress of your order across five steps. Let's breakdown each:
1. ORDER RECEIVED - Let the magic begin.
Here your sign has come through A-Okay and is now in our system ready to be picked up in our workshop. Stand by, exciting things are about to happen.
2. PREPARING ORDER- Setting the stage.
Behind the scenes our talented sign makers are prepping your order and preparing your design. We will review the details and ensure everything is as it should be.
3. IN MANUFACTURE - The artistry unfolds.
Now your sign is in our creative process being crafted to your specifications. This stage also involves a series of meticulous tasks to ensure the quality and longevity of your sign for many years to come. If you've chosen a painted lettering option, our crafts team will be applying your painted option to enhance the lettering and beauty of your house sign.
4. DISPATCHED - It's on its way to you
The moment you've been eagerly awaiting, your sign has our expert seal of approval and has been securely wrapped. It is now with our Royal Mail postal team! All our signs are sent out Tracked48 as standard unless you've chosen otherwise, That means that your sign should be with you in 2-3 working days. At this point, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow the progress and its anticipated arrival.
5. DELIVERED - Your Personalised House Sign Awaits
Your sign has gone through our progress tracker and has now successfully reached its destination. Your dream house sign can now be proudly displayed outside your home to serve as a beautiful reflection of your unique style and personality.
We provide fixings and fitting with all our orders as standard. Whether you've chosen screws, hidden fixings or an adhesive kit, you can find installation instructions on the blogs and resources page on our site.
