Designing your perfect sign is easy. You can customize and order directly on our website using our online sign designer.
Our tool shows a live preview, so you can see exactly how your sign will look before placing your order.

What's included in my sign order?
Each sign order includes your personalised house sign, the fixing accessories and anything else selected during the ordering process. Everything you need to get your sign installed is included!
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for larger orders, including projects for:
- Builders
- Contractors
- Property developers
- Apartment complexes
Simply add 5 or more signs to your cart to receive 15% off your entire order.

Frequently asked questions about installing your sign plaque.
Do you do hidden fixings?
Yes we do. Our hidden fixings allow your sign to be installed without any visible screws, creating a clean “floating” look on your wall.
They are only available on our 20mm thick slate and come pre-assembled, making installation simple and straightforward.
Hidden fixings are an additional £20.

What mounting options do you offer?
We offer three different mounting options depending on the style of sign and your installation preference:
Black Screws & Wall Anchors
A simple and secure fixing option ideal for brick, stone, wood, or masonry walls.
Hidden Fixings (Pre-Assembled)
A clean, modern mounting method that keeps screws hidden for a floating appearance.
Decorative Screw Caps (Silver)
Traditional screw mounting with stylish caps that neatly cover the screw heads.

Custom Orders

If you’re looking for something unique, we can create fully custom address plaques to match your design and size requirements.
What custom sizes can you make?
We can create signs up to 24 × 12 inches (600 × 300 mm).
If you have a specific size in mind, simply contact us with the dimensions you need and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
Can you engrave business logos?
Yes — we can engrave most business logos and brand graphics onto our signs.

- Your logo file
- The sign size you have in mind
Preferred file formats:
- SVG
- AI
- PSD
If your logo is supplied as an image file (JPG, PNG, etc.), a $12 design fee may apply as our team will need to manually convert it into an engraving-ready format.
Can you do custom paint colors?
Yes — we can paint your engraved sign in almost any color you choose.
Simply contact us with the paint color you’d like and we’ll provide a quote.
You’ll only be charged for the cost of the paint.
If requested, we can also include any leftover paint with your order.
Can you engrave custom designs?
Yes. We can engrave many types of custom artwork or designs onto our signs.
Email us your design file along with the size you’d like to hello@thebespokesignhouse.com, and we’ll confirm whether it’s suitable for engraving and provide a quote.
Can you engrave designs from Canva?
Yes, we can often engrave designs created in Canva.
Simply send us a shareable Canva link, and our team will review the design and let you know if it can be engraved.

Will the engraving or paint fade?
No. We use durable natural stone materials such as slate, limestone, and granite that are highly weather-resistant.
Every sign is treated with a protective stone sealant and lacquer to help protect it from moisture, sunlight, and other outdoor elements.
This ensures your sign stays looking great throughout the seasons.
Do your signs hold up in extreme weather?
Our signs are designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and frost.
Delivery Queries
Frequently asked questions about shipping and delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping across the United States costs $20 per order for our stone plaques.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.
Please note that because every sign is custom engraved to order, production time may apply before your order is dispatched and ships.
Can I track my order?
You can easily track your order using our Order Tracker. Simply enter in the email you used when placing your order and then select your order to view its progress.
Which courier do you use for international orders?
We ship all our orders using Royal Mail. You can choose the exact service at checkout. Once your order clears customs, it will be handed over to your country's postal service.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Our current order to delivery timeframe is 2 Weeks.
Do US orders include import duties or tariffs?
Starting September 2025, all orders shipped to the United States include a 10% tariff charge.
This charge is included at checkout, so there are no additional import fees due on delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship our stone plaques worldwide.
International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that customers outside the United States may be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations.
Returns Information
Frequently asked questions about our returns policy.
What's your returns policy?
Because our signs are customised items, including our slate, granite, and limestone signs, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What items can be returned?
Non-personalized items such as:
- Solar lights
- Mounting posts
may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Post Purchase Questions
These are some questions we get asked by our customers after they purchase from us.
There are subtle lines on my plaque after unwrapping what is this?
Don’t worry! This is completely normal.
Sometimes the cardboard packaging can leave temporary marks on the protective oil used on slate signs.
Simply wipe the surface gently with a cloth and the marks will disappear.
Can I reorder the same sign?
Of course! Either complete a purchase through our website as you did previously, or email us at hello@thebespokesignhouse.com and we'd be happy to help.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, US orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days.
Please remember that each sign is custom engraved, so production time applies before shipping.
Can I track the progress of my order?
You can easily track your order using our Order Tracker. Simply enter in the email you used when placing your order and then select your order to view its progress.
How can I leave a review for my order?
A few days after your order is delivered, we will send you an email to leave us a review. We hope you're happy with your order!

Support and Complaints
We want every customer to be happy with their sign. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Although we carefully check every sign before shipping, damage can occasionally happen in transit.
If your sign arrives damaged, please email hello@thebespokesignhouse.com with:
- A photo of the damage
- Your order number
If necessary, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
My order is incorrect, what do I do?
If your sign arrives with incorrect details, please send us an email with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Once we confirm the issue, we can produce and send a replacement sign.
My order says it was delivered but it hasn't arrived
If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order number and delivery address.
We will investigate the shipment with the courier and help locate your package.
If the order cannot be located, we will produce and ship a replacement for you.
