Installing your sign is a breeze. All you'll need is a drill, screwdriver, pen and the fixings we supplied in your parcel. Read our guides on each fixing option below:

WHAT ARE LASER ETCHED SIGNS?
WHAT ARE LASER ETCHED SIGNS?
Laser Etched signs are made using a laser which in burns the surface of the slate with whatever text and numbers you wanted, exposing the stones inner layer. The end finish is a smooth, flat, off-white appearance. Because of the Etched texts natural properties, the lettering becomes darker when exposed to rain, however, it's quick to go back to normal when dry.

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands, with optional postage upgrades and an express production service available at checkout. We also ship internationally to every country (rates shown at checkout).
We DO NOT offer returns or refunds on personalised orders. However, if you encounter an issue please feel free to contact our friendly customer service team for help!

• 1-2 working days for Etched signs
• 3-4 working days for Deep Engraved & Painted signs.
WHAT ARE HIDDEN FIXINGS?
WHAT ARE HIDDEN FIXINGS?
Hidden fixings are a secure, discreet and stylish fixing method available for your smooth slate, natural slate and granite signs. Holes are drilled into the back of the sign (not all the way through) for stainless steel rods to be glued into. Once set, the protruding ends of the bars are then inserted and glued into holes in your wall.
What you'll receive:
• 2 steel rods (or 4 if your sign is large at no extra cost).
• 2 tubes of strong glue
